League Constitution

Rules

League Roster. 2 Qbs, 4 RBs, 4 WRs, 2 TEs, 2Kickers, 2 Defenses. Anyone who has a different roster forfeits every game until it is fixed. It is NOT the commissioners duty to fix your problem. You are responsible for fixing it. There will be no pity changes for you, loses!!!! (Changed for the 2025 Season- Team Kickers and bench does not have to mirror roster) In the event of someone being ejected from the league due to their attitude their team will either be A. Sold to someone with their winnings being added to the pot (with the exception of the 2004 season where Ashleys dues go to pay debt to Erran. B. If no one NOT playing wants to buy the team the team will be assigned the highest scoring predicted player per the guru for each week until the season ends. If that team wins and no one buys it by week 8 the Supberbowl winners winnings go to the Superbowl Looser and the losers split goes to the next highest ranked team in the ejected teams conference. No team will be sold after week 8. Whomever buys the ejected persons team, INCLUDING DC in the 2004 season, will not be allowed to trade any of the top 4 scorers from the bought team. This is to stop someone giving a friend cash to buy a team and then stacking their team. Any trades will be reviewed by the commisioners then returned with the fees still being accessed.. The winner of the Superbowl recieves 2/3rds the pot AFTER the money for paying for the league is paid (The league costs $149.99), and the looser of the Superbowl recieves 1/3rd of the pot. So, with 10 players at a base of $50 each thats $500. Minus $150 for the league that leaves $350 if no one makes a single trade. The winner of the Super bowl would recieve $233 and the looser $112. Any money owed at the end of the season for whatever reason will be paid before the Actual (Real World) Superbowl or it will start doubling at a rate of 2x a month untill it is either paid or the new season starts. Anyone wanting to play will have to pay dues upfront AND the accrued amount. The winnings will be paid to the Superbowl winner and looser by the actual Superbowl. This is to make sure we have all moneys in. If all money is in before I will make payments earlier. If you do not pay for your trade by Saturday before the game starts I will take the points off of the players who aren't paid for. REPEAT: If you are negative in trade dollars those players you get will NOT accrue points. Multiple unpaid trades will leave you with the same team but a buttload of debt. This will not be good for you. Think ahead and prepay for any trades you want. Any left over money will be forwarded to the next year. Any player who rushes a touchdown, throws a touchdown, receives a touchdown, and kicks a field goal/extra point all in one game the players owner wins FF for the year. The season ends that game. Everyone is asking about tie breakers for draft day and play-offs. We go division record first. If that is a tie we go to head to head. IE Who won more of the games between the two tied players? If that is a tie we go to point spread. Ties During the season. In case of a tie during the season we go to Bench. Whoever's bench scores more gets one point added to make them win. In case of bench tie it is logged as a tie. Anyone responding to the keeper post early may change their mind before the date as long as their keeper is re-posted BEFORE deadline. So, if we have a June 29th deadline and someone posts on the 18th, then changes their mind they can re-post the new keeper stating they wish to change it BEFORE the 29th. From now on anyone who does not respond to a post will lose whatever that post entitles them to. IE If it is to claim your keeper by Monday and you do not post you get NO keeper, that means no free pick at end of round one either, you just lose out. If you do not pay by the pay date and pay later you loose your keeper and do not get on at end of round one either. These rules are now set in stone do not ask for an exception. (Edited due to me using "loose" instead of "lose") Per 8-12-10 " New players get slotted in the front of the draft order. There is no extra pick at the end of the first round. They stay in snake order. We are a keeper league, the players who keep returning have that bonus. People coming in get the first pick (or the second) and then they are in our league." Per 10-9-11 If any coach messes up their team in a way to cause it to not score correctly on accident or on purpose they shall score no points and the commissioner shall not fix. The team shall loose due to incorrect lineup and that week shall be considered "the learning curve".
