the way things are now and have been since i have been here seem fair the new guys start the draft order and get their keepers which like billy said out of 8 we should have most of the top ten kept. I do understand this not always the case. Then after everyone does their first round picks the new guys pick again thus getting a keeper possible stud and a decent first...
