Official team rosters will now be forced to consist of 2 QBs, 4 RBs, 4 WRs, 2 TEs, 2 DTs, and 2 Ks. Anyone with an illegal roster as of kickoff on sunday will receive a forfeit. As far as the situation with the Berserkers is concerned, they will receive a 24 point penalty for Game #2 against The Brainers. Why no forfeit? The Berserkers beat The Brainers down fair and square with a legal starting lineup... Actually anyone in the league could have beaten The Brainers last week. I cannot justify giving The Brainers a win no matter how much bitching, cursing, and whining is being done. The 24 point penalty results in a tie. End of discussion. If you wanted to put in your 2 cents on the issue, you are too late. It's over. Now let's move on to Game 3...

The NFL has decided not to play its 15 games this weekend. I'm not sure if this game will be made up or cancelled but we should have more news soon.

The Draft was reset in order to try to fix the autopilot and timer problems. I'm not sure that it worked, but we will all have to redo our draft rankings and queue. Please set everything back up ASAP. Also, our live draft will start tomorrow (Sunday) and 5pm CST. Please be present or have your draft ranks prepared in advance. I hope this is the end of our problem, but I cannot be sure yet.

The NFL will play its first Thursday night game of the season this week, so it's important to set your starting lineup early. Big Tex and I will be at the game, so look out for us giving you guys the finger on TV.

If you owe cash, you can forget about the playoffs. Anyone that owes money as of December 10th WILL be disqualified for the playoffs.

It is very important that you use the Rank Players feature to prepare for an on-line draft. In the on-line draft rooms, you will have the opportunity to select players when it is your turn. You will also be able to queue players. In case you don't make a pick in the allotted time a pick will automatically be made from your queue. If your queue is empty, however, picks will be taken from your Rank List. If you are going to be away, turn the auto-pilot feature on!!!! When you have AutoPilot on, draft picks are made automatically for you. Picks are first taken from your Draft Queue. In the draft room you'll be able to select players from the Free Agents to put in your Draft Queue as a sort of scratch pad. This will make it easier for you, when it is your turn to draft, to quickly find the player you want to pick next. The Draft Queue also comes in handy in case you need to leave the draft room for a couple of minutes. If your turn arrives and you don't make a pick in time, you will automatically be placed on AutoPilot and a pick will be made from your queue. As a courtesy to the other owners, it is suggested that you place yourself on AutoPilot manually if you need to leave the draft room, so they don't have to wait. If you are on Auto-Pilot and your queue is empty, then the highest ranked player on your Rank List will be chosen. Active positions are picked first, based on the league's roster rules. The remainder of your picks will be taken off the top of your Rank List in a balanced fashion. This is important. This draft will stop for no one and for no excuses. Sleep, work, whatever... If you don't have players queued or ranked, then you get who the CommGuru picks for you. The timelimit has been changed to 6 hours now. Pay attention because this will start to move quickly.
